VR-Engage: Rewinding scenario disables Create a New Entity

Problem

There is an issue when you run a hosted or unhosted scenario in VR-Engage (that is, you are not connecting to an instance of VR-Forces). If you create a new entity in the scenario, and then rewind the scenario while Create a New Entity is selected in the Choose Role Panel, that disables the ability to create a new entity until you exit and restart VR-Engage.

Solution

Before clicking the Rewind button, exit out to the Choose Role panel and then select the Control an Existing Entity option.

If you don't do that, simply exit VR-Engage and restart it.

This will be fixed in a future release. VRE-2930
